The tradition of Indian Head Massage was confined to India until native Indian Narendra Mehta traveled to England in 1973. He introduced it as a complementary therapy. It is a deep massage composed by 46 moves. It uses a variety of pressure points and techniques; including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, upper back and arms.
